# Zoho CRM Pricing in India 2026: Every Edition, Every Rupee

Zoho CRM costs ₹800, ₹1,400, ₹2,400 or ₹2,600 per user per month in India, billed annually, for the Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate editions. Add 18% GST on top. A Free edition covers up to 3 users. Prices checked on Zoho's official pricing page on 21 August 2026.

All figures exclude GST. Prices verified against [Zoho's official CRM pricing page](https://www.zoho.com/crm/zohocrm-pricing.html) on 21 August 2026, with the INR currency option selected. Zoho runs pay-as-you-go monthly or yearly subscriptions with no contract commitment, so you can switch editions at any time.

## Annual billing saves more than Zoho advertises

Zoho's page says "save up to 34%". The real saving depends on the edition, and on the cheaper plans it is larger than that.

EditionMonthly billing, 12 monthsAnnual billing, 12 monthsYou saveSavingStandard₹15,600₹9,600₹6,00038%Professional₹25,200₹16,800₹8,40033%Enterprise₹36,000₹28,800₹7,20020%Ultimate₹38,400₹31,200₹7,20019%

Pay monthly only while you are still testing whether the CRM sticks. Once your team is logging in daily, switch to annual at renewal.

## What the invoice says, with GST

Zoho lists prices excluding local taxes. Indian customers are charged 18% GST. If your business is GST registered, you claim it back as input tax credit, so budget the pre-GST number and treat GST as cash flow, not cost.

Here is the cash outgo for a 10-user team on annual billing:

## What each edition gets you

### Free (3 users)

Leads, contacts, accounts, deals, tasks, calls, meetings, standard reports, 10 email templates, basic workflow rules (10 per module, 5 active) and the mobile apps. Data storage caps at 5,000 records (10MB). No mass email, no custom modules, no sales forecasting.

It works as a shared contact book for a founder plus two people. It stops working the moment you want to email a list or track a second pipeline.

### Standard: ₹800/user/month

The first edition that behaves like a CRM. You get multiple sales pipelines, sales forecasting, email and calendar integration, built-in calling, web forms, scoring rules, 10 custom modules, 5 currencies and mass email at 250 per day per org. Workflow rules go up to 30 per module with 15 active.

Pick Standard if your sales process is one or two pipelines and follow-ups are the main job.

### Professional: ₹1,400/user/month

Adds the automation layer most Indian SMBs end up needing: Blueprint process management, CPQ and price rules, inventory management (quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, vendors), customer and vendor portals, Google Ads integration, unlimited custom reports, and 25 custom modules. Mass email doubles to 500 per day. Data storage jumps to 10GB.

This is where most 5 to 40 person sales teams land. If you quote products with variable pricing, or you want reps forced through a defined stage sequence, Professional is the floor.

### Enterprise: ₹2,400/user/month

Adds the controls a larger or regulated sales org needs. Territory management (up to 150 territories), reporting hierarchy, custom functions and custom buttons, wizards for step-by-step data entry, approval processes, field-level encryption on 10 fields per module, and the developer sandbox (3 configuration sandboxes plus 2 configuration-and-data sandboxes). Custom modules jump to 200, roles to 250, mass email to 1,000 per day.

The sandbox is the honest reason to buy Enterprise. If you are running custom Deluge functions and integrations against live sales data, testing in production is not an option.

### Ultimate: ₹2,600/user/month

At ₹200 more than Enterprise, Ultimate mainly raises limits: 500 custom modules, 250 territories, 2,000 mass emails per day, 50 currencies, encryption on 20 fields per module, and 7 configuration plus 3 configuration-and-data sandboxes. Ultimate also includes migration assistance and consulting from Zoho.

The one limit that changes the maths at scale is data storage. Under 200 users, Enterprise and Ultimate both give 10GB. Above 200 users, Enterprise gives 15GB and Ultimate gives 30GB.

## The limits that decide your edition

Feature lists are noise. These five caps are what push companies up a tier.

Every number above comes from Zoho's [edition comparison page](https://www.zoho.com/crm/complete-feature-list.html), checked on 21 August 2026. Check your requirement against this table before a Zoho sales call, not after. In practice the trigger for Professional is Blueprint or inventory. The trigger for Enterprise is the sandbox, territories or custom functions.

## Add-ons people forget to budget

These are billed separately and can quietly add to the invoice:

Add-onIndia priceAdditional file storage₹275/month for 5GBAdditional data storage (1 to 200 users)₹240/month for 100MBAdditional data storage (over 200 users)₹120/month for 100MBOn-demand data backup₹690 per request

Data storage is charged per 100MB, so a runaway integration that writes thousands of records a day gets expensive. Set field-level retention and archive rules before you turn on a high-volume API integration.

## One edition per organisation

Zoho CRM does not let you mix editions inside one org. Every full user sits on the same plan, so you price for the highest requirement in the room. Two exceptions help:

- **Lite user licences (₹720/user/month, billed annually).** Enterprise and Ultimate customers can add Lite users, with a minimum of 25 regular user licences.
- **Team user licences (₹400/user/month, billed annually).** Marketing, finance, support and legal staff who only need partial CRM access can be licensed as team users instead of full org users. They own records in their own team modules, but they cannot own org records, run reports and dashboards, or build automation. Team user licences are bought from the Zoho Store add-ons page, and they need the newer CRM for Everyone interface.

For a 30-person company where 12 people sell and 18 just need visibility, this distinction is worth more than any discount negotiation.

## Cheaper and broader options inside Zoho

If Zoho CRM Standard still looks expensive, or if you want more than CRM for the money, compare these before you commit:

ProductIndia price (billed annually)When it fitsBigin by Zoho CRM (Express)₹400/user/monthMoving off spreadsheets, one simple pipelineBigin (Premier)₹720/user/monthSmall team wanting basic automationZoho CRM Plus (Starter)₹1,200/user/monthSales plus help desk plus marketing in one bundleZoho CRM Plus (Enterprise)₹2,900/user/monthSales, marketing, support, projects, analytics together

Bigin has a free plan too. If you need finance, HR and operations apps alongside CRM, price Zoho One in India instead, because a single Zoho One licence usually costs less than three or four separate Zoho subscriptions.

## Licence cost is not project cost

The subscription is the smallest line in a CRM budget. Data migration, field and layout design, workflow build, email and telephony integration, and user training all sit outside it. A 10-user Professional setup costs ₹1,68,000 a year in licences, and a proper implementation is often the same or more in year one.

We break down what that work runs in [Zoho CRM implementation cost](https://maxwize.in/blog/zoho-crm-implementation-cost) and what specialists charge in [Zoho CRM consultant rates](https://maxwize.in/blog/zoho-crm-consultant-rates). If you are still deciding between tiers on features rather than price, read which Zoho CRM edition you need.

## How to buy without overspending

1. Start on the Free edition or a free trial, using real data rather than sample data.
2. Write down the three processes the CRM must run. Map each to the limits table above.
3. Buy the lowest edition that clears all three. Do not buy Enterprise for one feature you will use next year.
4. Split full users from team users before you count seats.
5. Pay annually once the team logs in daily.
6. Cut unused licences at renewal, and treat the list price as the price. Zoho publishes one rate card, so negotiate on implementation scope, not on the subscription.
