Zoho CRM Pricing in the UAE (AED): Editions, VAT, Real Costs

Zoho CRM costs between AED 51 and AED 190 per user per month in the UAE when you pay annually, and between AED 73 and AED 237 when you pay monthly. UAE VAT of 5% is added on top of every one of those figures. There is a free edition for three users, and the licence is normally the cheaper half of your first year once setup work is counted.

All prices below are the AED list prices Zoho shows to UAE visitors, checked on 21 August 2026 on the official Zoho CRM pricing page.

Zoho CRM price list in AED

EditionBilled annually (AED/user/month)Billed monthly (AED/user/month)Annual saving
Free (up to 3 users)00n/a
Standard517330%
Professional8412834%
Enterprise14618320%
Ultimate19023720%

The free edition covers three users with leads, deals, workflows, reports and the mobile app. It is enough to test the shape of your pipeline, not enough to run a sales team. Zoho sets AED prices directly rather than converting a dollar figure at checkout, so the number on the page is the number on your invoice before tax. The annual discount is largest on Professional, which is where most growing teams land, so paying yearly is the easiest saving on this list.

What the 5% VAT does to your bill

Zoho's pricing page carries one line that matters here: local taxes such as VAT are charged in addition to the prices shown. The UAE standard VAT rate is 5% per the Federal Tax Authority, so multiply any list price in this post by 1.05 to get what leaves your bank account.

Worked example for 20 users on Enterprise, billed annually:

  • Licence: 146 x 20 x 12 = AED 35,040
  • VAT at 5%: AED 1,752
  • Total payable: AED 36,792

If your business is VAT registered, that AED 1,752 is input tax you recover through your normal FTA return. Put your TRN into the Zoho Store billing profile before you pay, so the tax invoice carries it and you are not chasing a corrected copy later.

The 12-month cost for a 10-user team

EditionLicence for 12 monthsWith 5% VAT
StandardAED 6,120AED 6,426
ProfessionalAED 10,080AED 10,584
EnterpriseAED 17,520AED 18,396
UltimateAED 22,800AED 23,940

The gap between Standard and Enterprise for ten users is AED 11,400 a year, before VAT. That sits inside the price of a single implementation project, so the edition you pick matters less than whether the setup is done properly.

What each edition gives you

Standard (AED 51) covers email integration and mass email at 250 a day, multiple pipelines, calendar sync, sales forecasting, custom modules and workflow rules. It suits a team of two to five salespeople who need a shared pipeline and follow-up reminders.

Professional (AED 84) adds blueprints for process management, CPQ, the inventory module that generates quotes, sales orders, purchase orders and invoices, custom functions written in Deluge, cadences for multi-step follow-up, Google Ads integration and 500 mass emails a day. Trading and distribution businesses in the UAE usually need this tier, because the quote-to-invoice chain lives here.

Enterprise (AED 146) adds Zia AI, journey orchestration, territory management, wizards, approval processes, field-level encryption on up to 10 fields per module, and three configuration sandboxes. Buy it when you have multiple entities or territories, a compliance reason to encrypt fields, or developers who need a sandbox before pushing changes.

Ultimate (AED 190) is Enterprise with higher ceilings: 5 GB plus 1 GB per user of file storage instead of 1 GB plus 1 GB per user, seven configuration sandboxes instead of three, 2,000 mass emails a day instead of 1,000, and 20 encrypted fields per module instead of 10. The step up from Enterprise is AED 44 per user per month for headroom, not for new features.

Add-ons that change the number

Add-onAED price
Team user licence (non-sales staff)33/user/month annually, 40 monthly
Additional file storage17 per month per 5 GB
Additional data storage (up to 200 users)14.28 per month per 100 MB
Additional data storage (200 users or more)7 per month per 100 MB
On-demand data backup36.5 per request

The team user licence is the one most UAE buyers miss. Marketing, finance, legal and support staff who only need to view records, add notes and work inside their own team modules cost AED 33 instead of a full AED 146 Enterprise seat. On a 30-person company where 12 people are not in sales, that is roughly AED 16,000 a year saved.

Implementation cost in the UAE

Software is the small line. For a UAE business, budget these ranges for a partner-led implementation:

ScopeTypical cost
Single pipeline, up to 10 users, clean dataAED 7,000 to 15,000
Multi-pipeline, quotes and invoices, integrationsAED 15,000 to 25,000
Multi-entity, migration from another CRM, custom Deluge automationAED 25,000 to 33,000

What pushes a UAE project towards the top of that range: migrating history out of Salesforce, HubSpot or spreadsheets, wiring Zoho CRM to Zoho Books so quotes carry the right 5% or zero-rated VAT treatment, multi-currency for AED and USD deals, bilingual quote templates, WhatsApp as a first-class sales channel, and approval rules that match a group structure across free zone and mainland entities. Our post on Zoho CRM implementation cost breaks the same work down by task, and data migration best practices covers the part that eats the most hours.

Cheaper and bigger alternatives

Bigin by Zoho CRM, listed on the same pricing page, starts at AED 25 per user per month billed annually for Express, AED 44 for Premier and AED 66 for Bigin 360. It is built for teams moving off spreadsheets and tops out fast, but it is a fair choice for a five-person sales team that only needs a pipeline.

Zoho CRM Plus bundles CRM with Desk, SalesIQ, Campaigns, Social, Projects, Analytics and Survey. The Enterprise edition of that bundle is AED 208 per user per month billed annually, or AED 252 monthly, and there is a cheaper Starter edition. Compare AED 208 against Enterprise CRM at AED 146 plus the individual apps you would buy anyway. If you want finance, HR and everything else in one licence too, read the Zoho One pricing in the UAE breakdown before you commit to per-app subscriptions.

Pick your data centre before you import anything

Zoho opened its first UAE data centres on 13 January 2026, with Dubai as primary and Abu Dhabi as secondary, alongside its existing regions in the US, Canada, the EU, India, Australia, Japan, China, Saudi Arabia and Singapore. UAE hosting keeps customer data inside national borders, which settles most local data residency questions from banks, government clients and regulated sectors.

You choose the data centre when you create the Zoho account. Moving to a different one afterwards is a migration request handled by Zoho, not a settings toggle, so decide before you load 40,000 contacts. If data residency is a contractual requirement for your clients, confirm it in writing during the trial.

Four ways to pay less

  1. Pay annually. That is 20% to 34% off, and the saving is biggest on Professional.
  2. Use team user licences for anyone outside sales at AED 33 instead of a full seat.
  3. Run the 15-day free trial with real data and real users before you buy, then pay only for the seats people log into.
  4. Buy the edition you need this year. You can upgrade later from the Subscription page, so there is no prize for buying Ultimate on day one.
