# Zoho One Pricing in India (2026): INR Costs, GST, Which Plan

Zoho One costs ₹1,250 per employee per month on the All Employee plan, or ₹3,500 per user per month on the Flexible User plan, both on annual billing and both before 18% GST. Pay monthly instead and the rates are ₹2,500 and ₹4,000. Those are the India prices on the [official Zoho One pricing page](https://www.zoho.com/one/pricing/) as of 21 August 2026, and the only real decision is which of the two licensing models you sign up under.

## Zoho One pricing in India at a glance

PlanBilled annuallyBilled monthlyLicensing ruleAll Employee₹1,250 per employee/month₹2,500 per employee/monthMust license every employee on payrollFlexible User₹3,500 per user/month₹4,000 per user/monthLicense only the people who need access

Both give you the same Standard edition: 45+ apps, one admin console, one invoice. There is no feature difference between the two rows. You are paying for how many licences you commit to, not for a different product.

Zoho displays ₹1,800 struck through next to the ₹1,250 All Employee rate, so treat ₹1,250 as a current discounted rate rather than a permanent one. The Essentials plan you may have read about carries no INR price on Zoho's list, so an Indian buyer sees the Standard plan alone.

## Add GST before you build the budget

Zoho's listed prices exclude tax. Software subscriptions billed in India carry 18% GST, so the number that leaves your bank account is higher than the number on the pricing page.

What you payAnnual billing, per personWith 18% GSTPer person per year, with GSTAll Employee₹1,250/month₹1,475/month₹17,700Flexible User₹3,500/month₹4,130/month₹49,560

If you are GST registered, that 18% is input tax credit, not a cost. It still affects cash flow in the month you pay, which matters when you are buying 60 licences at once on an annual invoice.

## All Employee or Flexible User: the arithmetic

The break-even is 1,250 divided by 3,500, which is 35.7%. If more than about 36% of your headcount needs a Zoho login, All Employee costs less even though you are buying licences for people who will never open the software.

Two examples, both on annual billing:

- **50 employees, 20 need access.** Flexible User: 20 × ₹3,500 = ₹70,000 a month. All Employee: 50 × ₹1,250 = ₹62,500 a month. All Employee wins, and the other 30 people get logins for free.
- **100 employees, 25 need access.** Flexible User: 25 × ₹3,500 = ₹87,500 a month. All Employee: 100 × ₹1,250 = ₹1,25,000 a month. Flexible User wins by a wide margin.

Run that calculation with your real headcount before you talk to anyone. In the 100-employee case above it is the difference between a ₹10.5 lakh year and a ₹15 lakh year.

Three things to check before you pick All Employee:

1. **Headcount includes people who never touch software.** Factory floor staff, drivers, security. Zoho's FAQ tells you to contact sales about employees whose roles do not involve digital devices, which means the answer is negotiated, not published.
2. **Zoho enforces it.** If it finds unlicensed employees on an All Employee account, it will ask you to buy the remaining licences or move to Flexible User pricing, and its licensing agreement allows termination of service. This is not a rule you quietly ignore.
3. **Growth costs money automatically.** Hire 20 people and your Zoho bill rises whether or not those 20 log in.

Flexible User is the right answer if you are one division of a larger registered entity, one franchise in a franchise network, or a company where a small sales and support team uses software and nobody else does. Zoho's own FAQ recommends Flexible User for the franchise and multi-division cases.

Flexible User has no minimum licence count. You can add or remove licences from the admin console or through Zoho sales at any time, and Zoho's payments team handles refunds on licences you drop part-way through a term.

## Is it cheaper than buying the apps separately?

Usually, and by a lot. Here are the India list prices for four apps most mid-sized companies end up needing, all on annual billing:

AppEditionINR per user/monthZoho CRMEnterprise₹2,400Zoho DeskEnterprise₹2,400Zoho ProjectsEnterprise₹630Zoho PeopleEnterprise₹192**Total****₹5,622**

Zoho One Flexible User is ₹3,500 for those four plus the other forty-odd, including Books, Inventory, Payroll, Analytics, Creator, Campaigns, Recruit, SalesIQ, Sign and WorkDrive. All Employee is ₹1,250.

The closer comparison is Zoho CRM Plus at ₹2,900 per user per month on annual billing. That bundles CRM, Desk, Campaigns, Social, Projects, SalesIQ, Survey and Analytics. Zoho One is ₹600 more per user and adds finance, HR, and the Creator low-code platform. If you need Books or People at all, One is the better buy. If you only ever need the customer-facing stack, CRM Plus is the tighter fit. Our breakdown of [Zoho CRM pricing in India](https://maxwize.in/blog/zoho-crm-pricing-india) covers the standalone editions in detail.

If you already pay for individual Zoho apps, start a Zoho One trial, add the apps you currently use, then upgrade. Zoho applies a prorated price automatically, consolidates the separate billing cycles and gives you a single payment date.

## Costs the price list does not show

- **Implementation.** Nobody gets value from 45 apps by turning them on. Budget separately for CRM configuration, data migration, and process design. Our [Zoho CRM implementation cost](https://maxwize.in/blog/zoho-crm-implementation-cost) guide has the ranges.
- **Premium and Enterprise support.** Zoho One includes standard support. Faster response times are a paid add-on.
- **Marketplace extensions.** Paid extensions you buy from Zoho Marketplace are billed separately and do not appear on the single Zoho One invoice.
- **Usage-based add-ons.** Extra storage, Backstage event upgrades, telephony credits and high-volume email sending sit outside the per-user price.
- **No discounts.** Zoho's [pricing FAQ](https://www.zoho.com/one/pricing/faq.html) states it does not offer non-profit or education pricing on Zoho One, and that the price is identical whether you buy direct or through a partner.

A partner cannot undercut Zoho on licence price, so the only reason to use one is the implementation work. Judge partners on that, not on a licence quote.

## Currency if you operate across borders

You pay in the currency of the country where the account was created, and Zoho does not let a multinational split billing across currencies. An Indian company with a Dubai entity has to decide which one owns the account, because the rates are not the same. See our breakdown of Zoho One pricing in the UAE before you create the account, since changing it later means a fresh setup.

Also worth knowing: the Standard plan includes Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll and Zoho Inventory, so accounting, payroll and stock sit inside the subscription instead of being separate purchases. If you are weighing the whole suite as an operations backbone rather than just a CRM, read Zoho as an ERP for what it does and does not cover.

## FAQ

**How much does Zoho One cost in India?**
On annual billing, Zoho One costs ₹1,250 per employee per month on the All Employee plan and ₹3,500 per user per month on the Flexible User plan, checked on Zoho's pricing page in August 2026. On monthly billing the rates are ₹2,500 and ₹4,000. Add 18% GST to all four figures.

**Is GST included in the Zoho One price?**
No. Zoho's listed prices exclude tax, and Indian invoices carry 18% GST on top. At ₹1,250 per employee per month, your real outflow is ₹1,475. If you are GST registered you can claim that as input tax credit against your output liability.

**Do I have to buy Zoho One for every employee?**
Only on the All Employee plan, which is why it is cheaper. If Zoho finds unlicensed employees on that plan, it will ask you to buy the remaining licences or move to Flexible User pricing, and its licensing agreement lets it terminate service. The Flexible User plan has no such requirement and no minimum licence count.

**Is the Zoho One Essentials plan available in India?**
No. As of August 2026 Zoho's price list carries no INR figure for Essentials, so Indian buyers see the Standard plan alone, under the two licensing models.

**Is Zoho One cheaper through a partner?**
The licence price is identical either way. Zoho states in its pricing FAQ that buying direct or through a local partner costs the same, and that it does not offer non-profit or education discounts on Zoho One. A partner adds implementation and support, not a licence discount.
